At Simmer on the Bay we help over 60 couples each year, celebrate their big day in style. However there are many things that go on behind the scenes so that everything looks, tastes and feels perfect!
We pride ourselves on providing clients with a unique and interesting space and a bespoke service. Our priority is to identify what your food expectations are and what is really important to you and then we’ll facilitate the look, food style, and entertainment.
Our venue manager works with you right from the initial enquiry to delivery of the event so that there is continuity throughout. After an initial consultation where all your requirements, expectations and visions for your wedding are discussed, a tailored package is created and we set about working with you to pull all the right elements together.
Most couples come for a site inspection and as Simmer is a space for you to design we can advise you on styling the room, themes and entertainment. We have a selection of amazing professionals that we work with regularly to make the space nothing short of breathtaking.
The food served is one of the most important elements and at Simmer on the Bay we pride ourselves in creating exquisite menus. We’ll assist you in choosing your final menu and 4-6 weeks prior to the big day we offer you and two guests an invitation to come in for a tasting. This is when you get the chance to taste the final menu you have chosen.
